Have you become stuck as you work toward reaching your goal or goals?  Why do you think this may be happening?  Are you lazy? Confused? Fatigued?

Regardless of the reason, there is one main thing you need to do. DO SOMETHING!

You might ask,  what can I really do to help me get of my slump?   Here are some suggestions for you.

–          Think about your past successes to encourage you to keep moving.

–          Find someone you can talk to about your problem, i.e. get a mentor.

–          Read a book or some pages of a book on goal setting.

–          Re-examine what you have written in your goal plan to see if there is something that needs rewording.
